Connections can represent you or your company at any nominated
location with our Meet and Greet Chauffeur Service. Our designated
meet and greet drivers will meet you, your clients and/or
guests at any arrival destination within an air, rail or port
terminal. From there they will assist with any luggage or
special requirements and be driven to their destination in

It does not end there. If required, our Chauffeur may accompany
you throughout the duration of your stay thus ensuring safe,
comfortable passage to your hotel, business arrangement or
social function. Our staff will facilitate all your luggage
and client requirements. Our meet and greet service extends
to all international travellers arriving in the United Kingdom.
All Company staff are police checked and hold an enhanced
disclosure certificate for your reassurance.
Meet
and Greet Chauffeur Service Procedures
Below
are our operating procedures that ensure all client "Meet
and Greet" collections are precise, uncomplicated and
professional.
Spirit
Connections Ltd MUST ensure :
- All
chauffeurs check their client's estimated flight arrival
times, using both airports' information services and teletext.
- Designate
the Meet and Greet point inside the arrivals hall where
the client can find their allocated chauffeur. The Airport
Information desk local to the arrivals gate is preferred.
- Use
a courtesy board (if requested) with the client,s own name
and company name. Check the spelling with the booking form.
- Email
or text the flying client with the chauffeurs name and mobile
telephone number 24 hours prior to arrival.
Spirit Connections Ltd REQUEST all clients to :
- Email
us the full and correct flight arrival details of the client.
Please include: the flight number, the scheduled arrival
date and time (24 hour clock GMT), the airport, the passenger(s)
name(s) and mobile telephone numbers, Company or Organisation
name.
- Give
the passenger(s) the name and mobile number of our awaiting
chauffeur.
- The
incoming client telephones the chauffeur when they have
cleared immigration control and on their way to the baggage
hall.
- Please
remember to charge your mobile phone prior to your flight
departure.
- Please
remember to switch on your mobile phone once you are allowed
to.
If all the above steps are adhered to then you, our client
will receive a professional service whilst maintaining your
complete satisfaction.
