Terms and Conditions for Spirit Connections Ltd.

• The Company being Spirit Connections Ltd.
• All prices shown are in Pounds sterling and Exclude VAT.
• A deposit is equal to 25% of the contracted price, and payable in advance at confirmation of booking.
• Charges to the Client are payable in advance except where a credit account is in place.
• Parking, congestion and toll charges are payable at cost.
• Gratuities are not included and are at the clients discretion.
• Hire starts when the car leaves the Company office and finishes when the car returns to the office unless otherwise agreed.
• Receipts are written and delivered after the event - if required.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances outside its control.
• Waiting time is chargeable, please see our tariffs.
• In the unlikely event, you need to cancel once a booking has been confirmed, please see our cancellation charges.
  
• Airport transfer prices include a 30 minute waiting time from time of landing (all flights are monitored to ensure we are prompt and ready to receive you).
• When a car is hired for a week or longer period whilst every endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and chauffeur during such a period the Company reserve the right to substitute any other car or chauffeur.
• Daily concession rates are applicable only to hires of 2 days or more.
• All drivers wear smart business dress (suit, shirt and tie).
• We observe a no smoking policy in all cars.
• Cars are equipped with mobile phone facilities.
• Chauffeurs are available to drive clients own cars, please apply for our charges.
• The Company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own chauffeurs from driving their cars. The Company accepts responsibility for damage to their cars by fire or collision and the Company's legal liability for third party claims arising from use of their cars. However, any damage sustained to the vehicle during period of hire will be the responsibility of the hirer if caused by: the hirer, guests of the hirer or any members of the hirer's party or wedding party. The fixing of any articles or embellishments to the car without the express permission of the Company is forbidden.
• The chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of road conditions and traffic at all times.
• The chauffeur will travel by the route which is in his opinion the best whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route is not the shortest.
• If the hirer, or any member of the hirer's party is, in the opinion of the chauffeur, in any way a nuisance or danger, he or she will either not be allowed into the car, or will be asked to leave the car. In such a case the hirer will be charged the full rate.
• A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is expected, but luggage, which in the opinion of the chauffeur, amounts to an excessive weight or size will not be carried.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car however such loss or damage is caused.
• No pets shall be carried without the written permission of the company.
• The company must be notified in advance of any Guide dog transportation.
  
• Public Holiday: 15% surcharge is made for services provided on Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays.
• Unsociable hours: £5 per hour will be charged between midnight and 6am.
